The ideal candidate will enhance guest experiences by creating exceptional drinks and desserts for all our guests.

In this position you must demonstrate robust communication skills, and an ability to providing personable service whilst maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.

· Working as part of a fun & energetic team to create picture-perfect desserts and drinks from our luxury menu.

· Ensure guest expectations are exceeded within the brands standards.

· Maintain a clean kitchen, upholding company policies and cleaning practices.

· Crafting, mixing and pouring beverages for our guests to enjoy.

· Putting the finishing touches on our handcrafted dishes.

· Opening or closing the restaurant- as per company guidelines.

· Comply with Food Safety, Health & Safety, Personal Hygiene policies.

· Any additional duties required to enhance the guest's experience.





· Available to work onsite with a versatile schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

· Excellent verbal communication.

· Great interpersonal and teamwork skills.

· Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.

· We will provide you with the training and support you need to perform your job.
