Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl, ensuring each project meets quality standards and customer expectations. Your expertise will help transform spaces and create beautiful, durable floors that enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of residential and commercial settings. Duties
Prepare surfaces by measuring, cutting, and leveling subfloors to ensure proper installation of flooring materials
Use hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, and trowels to install flooring accurately and efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to determine layout and design specifications
Lay tiles with precision, ensuring proper adhesion, spacing, and alignment for a seamless finish
Apply caulking or sealants to joints or edges to prevent moisture infiltration and improve durability




Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality
Conduct final inspections of installed flooring to ensure it meets safety standards and client expectations

Requirements
Proven experience with flooring installation, tile laying, or related construction work
Proficiency in using hand tools essential for flooring projects
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
Strong carpentry skills with an understanding of subfloor preparation and surface leveling
Experience with caulking techniques and handyman tasks is a plus
Construction experience that demonstrates reliability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions

Pay: $19.97-$35.79 per hour
