Key Responsibilities:
Design and govern incentive-based compensation plans
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders




Manage end-to-end incentive processes including payouts
Ensure compliance and solid governance over compensation programs
Analyze performance data to inform plan design

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in compensation and incentive plans
Robust understanding of governance and compliance
Advanced analytical skills including Excel
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
Excellent communication and presentation skills
