Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and productive manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
Enter orders into the POS system and process payments
Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
Be able to use To-Go applications and put To-Go orders properly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bathroom area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Assist with food preparation as needed
Self management during high stress situations.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Knowledge of cash handling procedures is a plus
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Basic knowledge in Korean and Japanese cuisine
