Overview
Sister Brew is seeking passionate and dedicated Barista(s) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a quick-paced workplace. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a friendly demeanor will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages according to established recipes and standards.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
Assist with drinks preparation as needed, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.




Continuously learn about new products and menu items to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements
Fluent or native level of English language is required, Chinese language (Cantonese, Mandarin) is a plus
A minimum of 2 years experience in the food & beverage industry/ restaurant
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
Solid math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety standards is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
