TrafiQ Café & Bakery is looking for a seasoned Barista to join our café team. We are seeking an individual who takes pride in quality coffee, thrives in a fast-paced workplace, and delivers exceptional customer service with warmth and professionalism. Please note this is a full time work position. Hourly Pay is based on experience plus cash tips are distributed weekly.
Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality espresso beverages and café drinks including exact coffee extraction and ability to trouble shoot throughout the shift
Maintain consistency in coffee preparation and presentation including latte art, proper milk steaming techniques and deliver drinks successfully with correct temperature
Assist team members with barista training
Provide friendly and attentive customer service with comprehensive knowledge of our cafe and bakery products and procedures
Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
Keep the café clean, organized, and well stocked
Assist team members on other stations
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Contribute to a positive and team-oriented workplace
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years barista experience
Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced café setting
Ability to communicate in English is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Available on Weekends, Saturday & Sunday
