We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cladding Installer to join our energetic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing exterior cladding materials that enhance the durability and aesthetic appeal of buildings. Duties
Measure and prepare surfaces according to project specifications using hand tools and blueprint reading skills
Install various types of cladding materials, including metal panels, composite panels, or other exterior finishes
Use caulking techniques to seal joints and ensure weather-tight installations
Operate heavy lifting equipment and assist with the movement of large cladding panels safely
Follow detailed construction plans and blueprints to ensure precise installation
Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to keep them in optimal condition
Collaborate with team members,



carpenters, and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Requirements
Proven experience with construction or carpentry work, preferably in exterior cladding installation
Proficiency with hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, and measuring devices
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or on scaffolding
Skilled in caulking techniques for weatherproofing joints and seams
Handyman experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility across various tasks
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
