Job Summary:
Join our team as a Forklift Operator where you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
Duties:
Operate a forklift to move materials within the warehouse
Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing materials
Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance on the forklift
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist in other warehouse duties as needed
Skills:
Proficiency in operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
Familiarity with warehouse management systems
Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
Experience in warehouse distribution processes
Ability to perform order picking accurately
Solid basic math skills for inventory management
Capability to handle heavy lifting as required
Certification or experience with forklifts, order pickers,
and clamp trucks
Requirements:
Valid forklift operator certification
Prior experience as a Forklift Operator preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Solid attention to detail and accuracy in work
