BDO Law is looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer to support its Tax Dispute and Resolution team.

With a robust background in tax law, you will navigate client disputes, draft legal documents, and engage with tax authorities.

The position requires a proactive approach to client service and collaboration across teams to foster client relationships and effectively drive referrals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Directly liaise with clients and Tax authorities
• Draft legal representation and assist in strategy development
• Conduct thorough legal research on tax issues




• Manage cases to completion with fee evaluations
• Support knowledge management and coach junior lawyers

Requirements:
• Over 10 years of relevant tax law experience
• Positive standing with relevant Law Society
• Preferred LLM in Tax or equivalent
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Bilingual in French and English is favorable
