Temporary Bus Driver

We are currently seeking experienced Drivers to join our team in Medicine Hat. This is a full-time temporary chance lasting until September 2026.

Accommodation is available for candidates not local to the area.

What Standard Bus Offers:
Competitive hourly wages - $27.50 per hour
Operations run 7 days a week
Rotation is 21 days on / 7 days off (subject to change)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Safety mindset to get all of our riders, drivers, and the general public Safely Home
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
Deliver excellent customer service to passengers and clients
Ensure compliance with Federal Hours of Service and adhere to all Company policies and procedures




Ability to adapt in a fast-paced workplace
Complete and submit daily DVCR’s and FLRA’s

Candidate Requirements:
Valid Class 2 driver’s license
Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience operating motor coaches, school buses, or other similar large vehicles preferred
Ability to obtain clearance for: driving record check (abstract with no more than 3 demerits), a pre-employment check ride, physical demands testing, drug and alcohol test, and criminal record check
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Teamwork and positive mindset
Flexibility to adapt to changing routes, schedules, and job assignments
