Carpenter / Construction Worker – Del Home Improvements (Midland, ON)

Del Home Improvements is a small renovation company based in Midland, specializing in decks, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and outdoor builds.

We are looking to bring on a reliable carpenter / construction worker to help keep projects moving.

Responsibilities:
Assist with framing, deck building, and general renovation work
Use of power tools including mitre saw, circular saw, drills, etc.
Work independently when required and follow direction on site
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
Experience in carpentry or residential renovations
Comfortable working with tools and basic construction tasks
Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
Positive attitude and team-oriented
Reliable transportation to job sites is required

What we offer:

$26 –$34 per hour based on experience
