Responsibilities
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Beverage Canning Line:
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot canning line equipment (rinse, filler, seamer, labeler, etc.)
Monitor line efficiency, carbonation levels, fill weights, and seam integrity
Conduct quality checks and record production data accurately
Perform routine maintenance and ensure all safety and sanitation standards are met.
Powder Production Line:
Operate powder filling machinery to accurately dispense products into jars or containers
Monitor fill weights, torque caps, and label accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized production space
Conduct in-process quality checks and report deviations
Blending & Ingredient Handling:
Weigh and scale raw materials in accordance with batch records and formulations
Load ingredients into blenders and monitor mixing cycles for uniformity
Handle allergen and non-allergen materials with care and in compliance with cross-contamination prevention protocols
Document batch records and follow GMP procedures strictly
Other duties as assigned
Additional Information
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
Walk, stand for extended periods of time
Wear appropriate safety equipment, as instructed
Majority of work time will be spent in production and warehouse where:
Temperatures can vary between cool and hot depending on the process and weather
Noise level can be moderate
Position is exposed to small particles, allergens and odors
Position is required to wear common protective and/or safety gear, i.e. lab coats, gloves, face mask, hairnet, etc.
Qualifications
Ability to troubleshoot issues
Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs (25kg)
Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
Pay: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
