HVAC Sales Representative
Pay: $80,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year (Commission Only)

The Role
We are looking for a straight-up closer. This is a 100% commission role for someone who knows how to sell HVAC systems. We provide the leads; you run the appointments and close the jobs.

Commission Structure
Pay is based on the product/tier sold:
Tier 1 Products: 5% Commission
Tier 2 Products: 7% Commission
Tier 3 Products (High-Efficiency/Full Systems): 10% Commission
Sell better equipment, make a higher percentage. No cap on earnings.

What You’ll Do
Run pre-set residential leads (no cold calling).
Evaluate existing HVAC systems and ductwork.
Present options ranging from basic swaps to high-efficiency upgrades.




Handle all sales paperwork and financing applications in office.

Requirements
Must have Sales Experience (HVAC, Solar, or Home Services highly preferred).
100% Commission Mindset: You want the high upside of performance-based pay.
Functional Vehicle: Required for home visits
Physically Able: Must be able to check units in attics, crawlspaces, or outdoors.
