You will lead site-level continuous improvement strategies while mentoring and coaching managers on Lean methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies and programs
• Facilitate Kaizen events and drive improvement workshops
• Analyze operational performance to identify trends and opportunities

• Build internal capabilities through effective training initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or related field
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing CI or operational excellence
• LEAN Certification preferred for leading Lean initiatives
• Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
