Big White Ski Resort is seeking a qualified Inventory Coordinator for the winter season. The Inventory Coordinator will assist the Inventory Manager with receiving and storing all food and beverage inventory; undertaking weekly, biweekly and monthly inventory of stock levels; entering data; and maintaining the organization and sanitation of all storage areas.

Duties and responsibilities include:
Managing inventory of dry, fresh and frozen goods
Managing weekly ordering
Receiving orders and rotating stock
Updating costing information in inventory spreadsheet
Costing menu items
Changing out garbage and recycling bins

Position requirements/skills:
Inventory and receiving skills
Experience using Microsoft 365 programs - Excel, Word, and Outlook
Robust customer service skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to drive an all-terrain forklift

Physical demands:
Ability to lifting up to 40kg
Ability to sit for extended periods

Wage:

$22.00
