Cornstore Cork are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing and developing the team, driving financial performance, and maintaining the high standards and reputation of Cornstore. This role requires strong leadership, good communication skills, operational expertise and a hands on approach. Requirements and Skills Minimum 2 years experience as a General Manager in a large, fast paced restaurant who offer exceptional food and excellent service Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality standards Proven leadership and people-management skills Excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and costs Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays Education & Qualifications Degree or qualification in Hospitality Management or Business is an advantage Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure excellent service Maintain consistently high standards of food service and presentation Ensure full compliance with HACCP,
