Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Roofing Laborer to join our team. This position offers an excellent chance for individuals interested in construction and roofing projects, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Duties
Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings
Use hand tools such as hammers, drills, and saws to perform various tasks
Prepare work sites by cleaning and organizing materials and equipment
Heavy lifting of roofing materials, shingles, and other supplies to ensure efficient workflow
Perform caulking and sealing around roof penetrations to ensure waterproofing
Support carpentry tasks related to framing or structural adjustments as needed
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work setting
Assist with general handyman duties around the job site as required





Requirements
Previous construction or roofing experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with hand tools, carpentry, caulking, is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and work in physically demanding conditions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately
Prior handyman experience or related skills are advantageous but not required
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods

Pay: $20.00-$29.07 per hour
