Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Freelance Designer to join our creative team on a adaptable hourly basis. This role offers the prospect to work remotely, contributing creative visual solutions across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in print design, digital design, UI/UX, and motion graphics, with a passion for creating compelling visual content that aligns with marketing strategies and brand identity.

Duties
Design logos, branding elements, and visual assets that enhance brand recognition and aesthetic appeal
Produce high-quality graphic design materials including product packaging, trade show graphics, banner, brochures, presentations, and print collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Develop engaging UI designs for websites, mobile apps, and digital interfaces using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision
Create dynamic motion graphics and animations utilizing Adobe After Effects and other motion design software
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop visual content that supports campaigns and promotional activities
Maintain consistency in typography, color schemes,



and overall visual style across all projects
Present design concepts clearly to clients or internal teams, incorporating feedback effectively to refine deliverables

Skills
Expertise in logo design and branding development
Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools like InVision and Figma
Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and digital design best practices
Strong skills in motion graphics and animation with Adobe After Effects
Understanding of marketing principles to create visually compelling campaigns
Excellent presentation skills to communicate ideas effectively
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple projects efficiently
