Duties
Diagnose and repair heavy machinery including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery using schematics and technical manuals
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and system inspections to prevent breakdowns
Conduct welding, assembly, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs on diverse equipment types
Operate power tools and hand tools safely to execute repairs efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
Heavy lifting of components and equipment parts using appropriate lifting techniques or machinery
Interpret technical schematics and manuals to identify issues accurately and implement effective solutions




Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair statuses clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during on-site visits

Skills
Proven dealership or heavy equipment service experience with a solid mechanical background
Extensive knowledge of excavator, crane, forklift, and other industrial equipment maintenance and repair
Skilled in welding, electrical systems, automotive repair, and working with schematics
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and diagnostic instruments
Familiarity with Caterpillar machinery or similar brands is highly desirable
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately for troubleshooting purposes
Excellent problem-solving skills combined with solid customer service orientation
Physical capability for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working in various outdoor environments

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
