We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent experienced Parts Consultant to join our busy and customer-focused dealership. This position offers steady daytime hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Experience in parts consulting or the automotive industry is considered a strong asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, reliable, and eager to learn. Competitive wages offered based on experience.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent parts consulting and customer service to:
Local garages
Body shops
Walk-in customers
Sales and Service Departments
Assist the Sales Department with accessories and tire inquiries
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with parts pricing and availability
Daily parts ordering and stocking
Support automotive technicians with parts requests and service needs
Maintain an organized and efficient work environment
Qualifications
Previous automotive or parts experience is an asset
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Must enjoy working in a busy environment
