Fiesta Farms is one of Toronto’s largest independent family-owned grocery store and garden Centre. When we opened almost 40 years ago, we decided to focus on two things the big guys could not compete with: serving our local communities and supporting our local economy.

We are seeking a Meat Cutter/ Butcher to join our team!

Key Specific Responsibilities:

Serve customers

Cut chilled meat to specifications

Debone, trim & weigh meat

Package meat products

Make stuffed meat products

Grind Beef

Proper care and secure use of knives and tools

Qualifications/Experience:

· Proven knife skills, including protected use, care, steeling & sharpening





· Have vast knoweledge of all meat products: Beef, Pork, Chicken, Rabbit, Turkey, Venison, and other meat types.

· Physically able to do repetitive tasks for extended periods of time

· Ability to work in a refrigerated environments (including freezer)

· Ability to stand for extended periods of time

· Must be available for regular daily/weekly/weekend schedule

· Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as mesh gloves, and other necessary safety equipment

*2 Years experience minimum as a butcher is required
