Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: Available after 44 hours per week

We are seeking experienced and dependable General Labourers to join our trailer manufacturing production team. This is a hands-on role assembling high-quality trailers in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Assemble trailer components using hand and power tools
Install floors, walls, roofs, doors, and other trailer components
Read and follow work instructions and production specifications
Measure, fit, and assemble parts accurately
Operate tools and equipment safely
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work safely while following all company health and safety procedures
Assist other departments as required

Requirements
Previous experience in trailer manufacturing, RV manufacturing, or a similar production/assembly environment is required
Experience using hand and power tools




Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team setting
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
