Lead the estimating efforts for industrial construction projects at TESC.

As an experienced Estimator, you will develop comprehensive and competitive estimates while supporting bid strategies.

TESC is looking for a proven Estimator with a minimum of five years in industrial construction.

In this role, you will prepare detailed estimates by reviewing project drawings and specifications.

Your responsibilities will also include evaluating risks, coordinating with teams, and mentoring junior estimators to ensure accuracy and consistency in submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review drawings and specifications to determine project scope
• Prepare detailed pricing for labor, materials, and equipment
• Identify scope gaps and constructability considerations




• Lead internal estimate reviews and pre-tender meetings
• Maintain cost databases for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in construction or engineering
• 5+ years of estimating experience in industrial construction
• Expertise in civil, structural, or mechanical estimating
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to mentor and lead associate estimators
