Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent cooking skills, and a strong understanding of food safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to work in a agile restaurant environment, delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining efficient kitchen operations.

Duties
Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas
Follow food handling and safety procedures at all times to ensure guest safety
Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or servers
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy hours

Qualifications




Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
Solid understanding of the food industry standards for quality and hygiene
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Familiarity with meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen safety protocols
Prior experience with food industry equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens is a plus
