We are seeking a motivated and experienced CCTV Sales & Service Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities
Generate sales of CCTV surveillance systems, access control, networking, and security solutions.
Assist customers in selecting the right products and solutions for their needs.
Provide technical support and basic troubleshooting for CCTV and security systems.
Coordinate and assist with CCTV installations and service calls when required.
Maintain robust customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, receiving shipments, and organizing the warehouse/showroom.
Keep products, displays, and work areas clean and organized.
Perform other duties as required to support daily business operations.

Requirements
Applicant must be a Canadian Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen.
Minimum 3 years of experience in CCTV surveillance sales and service.
Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, networking,



and security products.
Experience with CCTV installation, troubleshooting, and system configuration is an asset.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Willing to perform a variety of tasks beyond sales, including inventory management, restocking, and general organization.
Ability to lift and move equipment and boxes when required.
Valid driver's license is preferred.
