The Role:

We are currently hiring Poultry Evisceration workers to join our production team. This is a hands-on role in a rapid-paced food processing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, processing, and preparing poultry products while maintaining strict quality, safety, and animal welfare standards.
Stand on a mechanical production line and inspect birds to ensure quality standards are met.
Work on the manual chicken line, manually eviscerating birds through various line processes.
Use knives safely to manually debone chicken as it comes off the line.
Harvest chicken feet,



trimming and completing final processing steps.
Monitor and operate equipment such as MPIP and vent gun.
Rehang chickens that require transfer to the secondary line.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Previous experience in poultry processing or a manufacturing environment is an asset; however, full training will be provided on-site.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be detail-oriented and thorough.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Comfortable working indoors in a temperature-controlled workplace with robust poultry odours.
Requires repetitive use of hands, fingers, wrists, arms, shoulders, back, and upper body, including bending the upper body for prolonged periods.
Basic English is considered an asset.

Pay: $18.80-$20.80 per hour
