We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused FullTime Sales Associate to join our exclusive gourmet food store in Toronto’s Distillery District. Our shop offers a unique storytelling and tasting experience featuring premium products such as truffles, caviar, olive oils, lobster mousse, etc .

What you’ll do:
Welcome customers and deliver exceptional, warm service
Share product stories, offer tastings, and guide customers through selections
Drive sales through recommendations and upselling
Operate POS and handle transactions accurately
Maintain beautiful, organized product displays
Keep the store clean, inviting, and well-stocked

What we’re looking for:
Robust communication skills in English (bilingual is a plus)
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Comfortable engaging customers and presenting premium products
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Available at least 5 days per week (weekends included)

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $18.00-$25.68 per hour
