We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist specializing in 3 Axis Machines to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years experience, be able to interpret technical drawings, and program equipment to produce precision components. The CNC Machinist will play a vital part in ensuring high-quality production while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities
Operate and set up CNC milling machines, including 3-axis machines, ensuring precise execution of manufacturing specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to determine machining requirements
Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances
Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and inspection of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance
Select appropriate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for assembly or finishing tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles
Collaborate with team members on assembly processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience operating CNC milling machines, particularly 3-axis machines, with familiarity in CNC programming and troubleshooting
Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings effectively
Experience working with CNC control systems
Ability to use calipers, micrometers, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment accurately
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Possess the discipline to execute tasks without procrastination
Good time management to work at a positive pace, executing work orders and demands
Proper maintenance of machines and general housekeeping of the work area.
All work in accordance with the company quality and safety standard
Good human relations to relate cordially with tem members and workers
Pay: $30.00-$31.00 per hour
