Overview
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle transactions efficiently, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a qualified demeanor.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using POS systems
Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit/debit card payments, and mobile payments
Provide product demos and upsell items to maximize sales prospects
Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
Assist customers with inquiries, returns, or exchanges in a courteous manner
Keep the checkout area clean and organized throughout shifts
Support inventory management through merchandising and stock replenishment as needed
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries





Requirements
Previous experience in cashiering, retail sales, or customer service preferred
Solid communication skills in English
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Proficiency with POS systems and familiarity with retail technology tools
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and patience
