Our newly opening family practice is looking for a compassionate, autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our interprofessional team, ideally starting mid-August 2026!

What You’ll Do
Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing chronic disease management.
Provide timely episodic care for acute issues and manage follow-ups effectively.




Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications within scope, and build tailored care plans.
Partner with patients on preventive care, wellness promotion, and health maintenance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date EMR documentation.

What We’re Looking For
Licensure: Current, valid registration as a Nurse Practitioner (Primary Health Care or Adult) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
Clinical Skill: Demonstrated clinical competence in full-scope primary care.
Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a desire to collaborate within an interdisciplinary environment.
Experience with EMR systems (e.g. TELUS PS Suite).

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour
