About Us:
Shannon Lynn is a multi family construction developer. We specialise in high-quality residential construction projects, working with private clients and real estate investors. As we grow as a company, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Site Manager to oversee and manage daily operations at our residential job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
Monitor project schedules and adjust work as needed to meet deadlines
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with building codes
Resolve issues and troubleshoot problems that arise on-site
Maintain accurate project records and site logs
Liaise with clients, project managers, and engineers to ensure smooth communication and execution

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or site management role




Solid knowledge of BC Building Code and local permitting processes
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred:
Red Seal certification or construction-related diploma
First Aid, WHMIS, or other relevant safety training
Speak and write in chinese for daily log and reports
