Job Summary

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our customers and our skilled service team. Your enthusiasm for automobiles, combined with your excellent customer service skills, will ensure every client feels valued and confident in their vehicle’s care. You will guide customers through the repair process, recommend necessary services, and help them understand their options to keep their vehicles running smoothly.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
Explain repair estimates, service procedures, and recommended maintenance clearly and transparently
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Recommend additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health while meeting sales goals




Handle cash transactions accurately, including payments for services rendered
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and follow-up appointments
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships

Experience
Previous dealership experience or automotive service background preferred
Mechanical knowledge or mechanic experience highly advantageous for understanding vehicle repairs and diagnostics
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
Proven sales ability, especially in selling automotive services or products
Familiarity with automotive repair processes, parts, and maintenance schedules is beneficial

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
