We are seeking a friendly and professional Barber to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their hair styling needs, and maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment. Responsibilities
Welcome clients at the front desk with a warm and professional demeanor
Consult with clients to understand their hair styling preferences and needs
Perform hair styling services including cuts, color, and treatments (if qualified)
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas
Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales
Manage appointment scheduling and assist clients with bookings or rescheduling
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly
Assist with maintaining the salon’s appearance and organization throughout the day




Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles is preferred
Hair styling experience or certification is a plus but not required for all positions
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards within a salon environment
Ability to upsell products tactfully while providing excellent service
Friendly, professional attitude with a passion for helping others
Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $1,000.00-$2,000.00 per week
