Shift Manager

Duties:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the shift operations
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Supervise and train team members on company policies and procedures
Monitor food quality, portion control, and food safety standards
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures
Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed
Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized restaurant and kitchen area

Skills:
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
Experience in the food service industry preferred
Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
Excellent team management and communication skills




Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Knowledge of restaurant operations and kitchen equipment
Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
