We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy, well-established shop. The ideal candidate has automotive service knowledge, enjoys helping people, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. What You’ll Do:

· Manage and oversee service writers and fill in when required.

· Assist in proper time management for service techs and tire techs.

· Confirm and assist in ordering correct parts for scheduled work, and assist in quoting when required.

· Coordinate with our technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and correctly.

· Close out and control work flow on repair orders and ensure repair orders are dealt with correctly and accurately.

· Answer customer questions regarding completed work, or vehicle concerns.

· Contribute to a positive shop environment — we work hard, communicate openly, and support each other.

What We’re Looking For:

· Solid mechanical knowledge or prior experience in an automotive service role.





· Strong communication and people skills — friendly, honest, and qualified.

· Organized and efficient, even when things get busy.

· Comfortable with phone calls, computers, phones, and basic sales tasks.

· A great attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to provide great service.
