Job Summary

Get Me Insurance Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service & Lead Coordinator (Part-Time) to join our growing team in Brampton. This is an in-office position where you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to promptly contact new online leads, qualify their insurance needs, book appointments for our licensed insurance advisors, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also assist with administrative tasks and help maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is highly organized, and wants to grow with a fast-paced and expanding insurance brokerage.

Responsibilities
Contact new online leads promptly by phone.
Qualify leads and understand their insurance needs.
Schedule appointments for licensed insurance advisors.
Answer incoming phone calls from existing customers and assist with their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team member.
Provide outstanding customer service to both new and existing clients.




Follow up with clients regarding appointments, documentation, and pending requests.
Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
Assist with general office administration and daily operations.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams.
Maintain confidentiality and provide a skilled client experience
Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in a call center or retail workplace.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Multilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and effectively.
Experience with upselling techniques and sales-oriented communication.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening and transparent verbal expression.
Knowledge of phone etiquette standards and professional demeanor in all interactions.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
