One of our clients, a well-established food manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily production schedules and workflow.
Lead, coach, and supervise production staff.
Ensure production targets, quality, and efficiency are achieved.
Monitor GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
Identify process improvements and reduce downtime.
Maintain a secure working setting.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of production management experience in food manufacturing.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Experience with production planning and reporting.
Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
