Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
• Create detailed design documentation for D365 CE
• Actively participate in system development and implementation




• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries
• Collaborate using Agile and Microsoft SureStep methodologies

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, MIS, or related fields
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification preferred
• Familiarity with Scribe and SQL Server Reporting Services
• Experience in Field Service delivery
