Summary

We are seeking a Supervisor or Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Triple O's Restaurants. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and leading our team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.'
Responsibilities

' Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring efficiency and quality.
Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve service excellence.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
Train new staff and support ongoing team development.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a positive work setting aligned with company values.




Support management in achieving sales targets and operational goals.'
Qualifications

Proven supervising or team leadership experience in a restaurant or food service setting.
Solid knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and restaurant operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Leadership qualities with a focus on team development.
Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred.
Food safety certification is an asset.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
