We are seeking a part time Maintenance assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for groundskeeping duties ensuring the cleanliness of the resort and facilities, supporting all departments, and maintaining a secure and efficient work workplace.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections on machinery and equipment prior to use.
Ability to use lawn equipment: riding mower, weed trimmer.
Pool maintenance including vacuuming, daily chemicals.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards.
Collaborate with team to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal impact on operations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment.
Experience with lawn equipment, wood splitter preferred.
