Sanitation Job Description.
Summary
Janitorial are responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and tidy for the Warehouse Agents. This position requires working in a quick-paced environment with time constraints to meet arrival and departure goals. A professional and positive image must be consistently displayed by the employee. “Lead by Example” concept is strongly promoted. Warehouse Agents-Janitorial must report to work on a regular and timely basis and report directly to the supervisor and/or manager on duty.

Job Duties
Responsible for maintaining safety and security of the warehouse at all times
Assist in set up, cleaning and storage of equipment & warehouse
Responsible for courteous, prompt, accurate and careful handling of food and goods, including loading and offloading
Receive, perform temperature testing and inspection of catering deliveries from our food service provider
Comply with all Sky Café and airline policies
Constantly communicate with other catering personnel, and respective airline communication centers if applicable




Performs other duties as required

Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age
Ability to work on a permanent basis in Canada
Obtain a clear criminal record
Ability to obtain necessary airport and/or Transport Canada security clearances
Must be capable of lifting/pushing/pulling up to 70lbs on a regular basis
Ability to work within the required time parameters
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and varying schedules
Must successfully complete airline and corporate specific training programs and recertification
Must possess a current and valid forklift certification.
