Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant team! Job Description:
Answering incoming customer service calls and responding to clients’ emails
Responding to general inquires about products, parts, and service
Build and maintain relationship with all dealers.
Provide product information and specs on the full MK Martin line of product
Process Sales Order for new orders. Send out order acknowledgements confirmations.
Keep records of customer interactions, recording details of inquires/comments and any action required





Skills and Experience:
Be friendly and courteous in response to all customers needs
Basic understanding of agricultural equipment
Self motivated with a sense of enthusiasm that motivates customers
Excellent verbal (and written) communication and interpersonal skills
Geographical knowledge (USA and Canada)
Ability to learn and explain technical product details to dealers and end customers
Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, possibly ERP/inventory systems)

Future Possibility:
Transition to fulltime sales role as TM with assigned territory
Travel the road visiting dealers to further maintain and build relationships
Ability to drive long distances and via airlines on occasion
Expected to travel 1 week per month (12 weeks of travel per year)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 per hour
