Job Title: Clamp Operator

Pay: CA$22.00 per hour

Job Overview:

We are currently hiring a dependable and experienced Clamp Operator on behalf of our client located in North York, ON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance sit-down clamp forklift to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently. This role demands robust attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate clamp forklifts to handle materials
Load and unload goods from trucks, storage areas, and production lines
Ensure products are transported without damage and stored in proper locations
Conduct daily equipment checks and report any issues or maintenance requirements
Follow all safety protocols and workplace procedures




Assist with inventory control by tracking the movement of materials accurately
Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Clamp Operator or in a similar role
Valid forklift license/certification required
Familiarity with clamp trucks and warehouse safety standards
Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items
Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Bilingual in English and Filipino is preferred

Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Pay: $22.00 per hour
