Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using schematics and technical manuals
Conduct repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete repairs efficiently
Interpret technical schematics and repair manuals to accurately diagnose issues
Execute vehicle inspections and ensure all repairs meet safety standards
Assist with vehicle assembly and disassembly as needed during repair processes
Maintain detailed service records for each vehicle serviced
Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations clearly
Experience
Prior experience is highly desirable
Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive repair procedures
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics
Experience with heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with vehicle maintenance
