Key Responsibilities:
• Shape editorial direction in the Atlantic I-unit
• Collaborate on story rollouts and project execution
• Guide reporters with constructive feedback
• Analyze facts and develop solid narrative concepts
• Monitor audience habits and trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in journalism or equivalent
• At least seven years in a multi-platform news setting
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to promoting diverse perspectives
• Willingness to work flexible hours
