Register Behavioral Analyst

Duties:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of clients with special needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and objectives
Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and other therapeutic modalities
Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, psychiatrists, and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Document client sessions and maintain accurate records of treatment progress
Stay up-to-date with the latest research in behavioral therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
Certification or licensure in behavioral therapy or a related discipline is required
Experience working with individuals with special needs, particularly autism spectrum disorder




Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its impact on behavioral health
Familiarity with special education principles and practices
Robust communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients of all ages
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in therapy sessions
