Position: Full-Time Early Childhood Educator (Infant Class)
Location: 211 Belsize Drive - Toronto

Responsibilities:
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning, creativity, and social interaction.
Create and maintain a secure, nurturing, and stimulating setting for infants.
Observe, document, and assess children’s developmental milestones and behaviours.
Develop positive, trusting relationships with parents and families, fostering open communication about their child’s progress.
Maintain accurate records of each child’s growth, ensuring compliance with center policies and licensing requirements.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and supportive classroom atmosphere.




Ensure all activities align with child development principles and the center’s philosophy.

Qualifications:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent.
Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators (RECE).
Proven experience working with infants or young children in a childcare setting.
Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
First Aid and CPR certification.
Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
