Magest Building Systems is hiring! We are seeking a Yard Laborer to join our team on our day shift.

Magest is locally owned and operated with solid ties to Stratford and surrounding communities. We are gearing up to grow the business and we want you to be part of that growth and success!

Responsibilities
General yard duties include but are not limited to, handling of materials, loading and unloading trucks, serving customers in the yard etc.
Operate forklifts, telehandler, combilift and other equipment in a safe and conscientious manner.
Cleaning of the yard
Other duties as assigned

Requirements
Work independently as well as in team environment with minimal to no supervision
Must be able to lift 50+lbs
Stand/walk for long periods of time
Take direction and complete tasks as assigned in a timely manner
Able to work outside in all conditions
Must have a positive attendance record and be passionate about working in a safe manner
Available to work overtime as required





Experience Preferred
Heavy equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, telehandlers
Previous experience/understanding of outdoor work
Strong attendance record

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Experience:
Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (preferred)
