Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with product selections, and ensure a positive shopping experience. This role involves engaging with diverse customers, demonstrating products, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Bilingual abilities and experience in technology sales are a plus, as you will be helping customers navigate our product offerings and complete transactions efficiently.

Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-stocked
Utilize organizational skills to manage inventory levels and restock as needed




Use effective communication skills to inform customers about promotions and current products
Handle phone inquiries professionally and provide timely assistance

Skills
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
Knowledge of POS systems and basic math for cash handling
Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively
Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is advantageous
Excellent organizational skills for merchandising and inventory management
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Phone etiquette for qualified customer interactions over the phone or via online channels
Upselling techniques to enhance sales performance
Multilingual capabilities to serve a diverse customer base effectively
2+ years of fast-paced QSR store level experience required

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
