Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting physicians, staff, and patients. Responsibilities include:
Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction
Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and workflows
Oversee preparation of reports.
Supervise administrative and clinical support staff
Coordinate scheduling, coverage, and performance reviews
Foster a positive, collaborative work setting
Collaborate with physicians to reconcile their billings
Oversee staff document and manage invoicing, and payment processes
Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with physicians to align operational goals with clinical excellence
Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a management position (family physician clinic setting preferred)
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to balance operational efficiency with patient-centered care
Proficiency in Accuro EMR, and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic operations an asset
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Experience:
Accuro EMR : 1 year (required)
Management: 2 years (preferred)
Family Physician Clinic Management : 2 years (required)
Work Location: In person
